Why do you think OP even asked this question? So by doing some research and by watching vCuda's video regarding controllers and settings, it appears players can overclock PlayStation controllers by using a modifiable and downloadable usb driver "HIDusbf" by LordOfMice.
This driver will give you controller the ability to achieve a 1, Hz polling rate which will then give the controller a response rate of 1ms. While PlayStation controllers are nice, I was hoping to be able to achieve a 1, Hz polling rate and 1ms response time with my standard wired XBOX controller however, it appears to not be possible.
Has anyone figured out a fix to bypass the hz hardware cap on xbox controllers so you can over clock them, or is it literally impossible? Yeah, the hidhide is the only thing that made ds4windows work with Rocket League as well. You can also use hidusbf if you want to get the Hz polling rate wired. Makes everything feel a little more responsive. I've tried updating the polling rate of the Pro 2 Wired using hidusbf. Sadly there's nothing much you can do about it.
